7-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) Product Guarantee

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or unusable upon arrival, you are eligible for our 7-Day DOA Product Guarantee. To take advantage of this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to request a return authorization. We will provide you with a designated return address. Once the product is returned, you can choose between the following options:

  1. Replacement – We will ship you a new item at no extra cost and refund the return shipping costs.
  2. Full Refund – You may opt for a full refund of your purchase price, including return shipping fees.

Important Notes:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and other contents intact.
  • Any damage caused during the return shipping process due to improper packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and the product is still in its original, brand-new condition, we offer a 30-day return option. The terms of this return are as follows:

  1. You will be eligible for a partial refund of the item’s price, minus any shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties incurred during the shipping process. This applies to both the original shipping fees and return shipping costs.
  2. If the product was sealed in plastic when received, it must remain unopened to qualify for a return. Opened, damaged, or used products will not be accepted for return unless there is a defect or issue covered by warranty.
  3. Certain products, including CIEMs (Custom In-Ear Monitors) and custom cables, are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request return authorization. Return requests will be verified using the shipment tracking history.

Additional Notes:

  • If the product has been opened and does not qualify for a return due to dissatisfaction, we recommend reselling it locally. However, if you still wish to return the product, a 30% resealing fee will be charged.
  • Items like earplugs, holsters, and cables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Approved Returns: Refunds for items returned under our return policy will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
  2. Order Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
  3. Other Situations: In cases where a refund is issued for reasons other than return or cancellation, it will be processed as agreed upon with our customer service team.

Refund Timelines:

  • For payments made via credit card, refunds will typically appear in your account within 7 business days, although this can vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • For PayPal transactions, refunds are usually processed within a few hours.

Currency and Transaction Fees:

  • The refunded amount may differ slightly from the original payment due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Syeindunce is not responsible for any currency exchange differences.
  • Some banks may deduct transaction fees for refund processing. Syeindunce is not liable for any such fees charged by your bank.

Exchange Policy

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange for the same product. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of misuse, damage, or wear and tear.
  2. Exchanges are available only for identical items (same model, color, etc.). If you wish to exchange for a different product, you will need to process a return and place a new order.

Gifts

Items marked as "gift" when purchased and shipped directly to you are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage

Syeindunce offers a limited warranty on its products. The warranty terms are as follows:

  • Desktop DACs/AMPs, IEMs, Dongles: 1-year warranty for parts and labor.
  • Cables and Adapters: 3-month warranty for parts and labor.
    (Note: Accessories such as carrying cases, ear tips, and other complementary items are not covered under warranty)

What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect is found during the warranty period, Syeindunce will either repair or replace the product, free of charge (excluding shipping fees).

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • User Damage: Negligence, accidental damage, disassembly, exposure to water, misuse, abuse, or alterations.
  • Improper Maintenance: Failure to perform necessary maintenance or following instructions in the product’s user guide.
  • Commercial Use: Products used in commercial environments or for purposes other than personal use.
  • Acts of Nature: Damage from weather conditions, fire, water, or other natural causes.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Products that have been altered, repaired, or tampered with by anyone not authorized by Syeindunce.
  • Shipping Damage: Damage incurred during the return process if the product is not properly packaged.

Important Note: Syeindunce is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly set forth in this policy, Syeindunce disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This warranty and refund policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any legal disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of China. In any dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
