We offer three international shipping methods to ensure timely and trackable deliveries: Priority Shipping, Premium Shipping, and Express Shipping. Below are the specifics of each method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as postal strikes, weather, or other unforeseen issues.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods

  1. Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx/Aramax/SF)

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days, depending on your country.
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $500 qualify for free express shipping.
    • Includes detailed tracking and delivery confirmation.
    • Note: Express shipping may incur additional customs duties, which the customer must pay.
      • If a customer refuses to pay the duty tax, the round-trip freight will be deducted before issuing any refund. (The return freight is charged three times the original amount).
    • Remote area surcharges may apply (up to $35). Please contact us to confirm if your location is considered remote.

  2. Premium Shipping (6-10 business days, all tax and duty paid)

    • Countries Available: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, United States, Australia, and Canada.
    • Tax & Duty: All taxes and duties are prepaid by Syeindunce, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
    • Tracking Available: Detailed tracking links provided for each country.

  3. Priority Shipping

    • Estimated Delivery Time:
      • United States: 1-2 weeks (average 10 days) – free shipping on orders over $99.99.
      • Canada/Mexico/Colombia: 2-3 weeks.
      • Europe (France, Germany, UK, Italy, Spain): 1-2 weeks (average 10 days) – free shipping on orders over $50.
      • Other European countries (e.g., Austria, Netherlands, Poland): 1-3 weeks.
      • Asia (Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia): 5-12 days.
      • Russia: 4-10 weeks (free shipping for orders over $300).
      • Australia and South Africa: 1-2 weeks (free shipping on orders over $50 for Australia and over $300 for South Africa).
    • Tax & Duty: All prepaid where applicable. Ensure your address contains 30-40 characters.

  4. Standard Shipping (Yanwen Express)

    • Countries Available: South Korea, India (do not cover tax & duty). Free shipping on orders over $50 (South Korea) and $99.99 (India).
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks.

Tax & Duty Information

  • Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx/Aramax/SF): You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties. However, we typically declare a lower value on the shipping invoice to help reduce your duty costs. If you have a specific value you would like declared, please leave us a note at checkout.
  • Priority Shipping (with all taxes and duties paid): Syeindunce covers all tax and duty costs, so you will not need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

General Shipping Policies:

  • Delivery Time Estimates: The timeframes listed above are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes, severe weather, or customs processing.
  • PO Box or APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Remote Areas: Some remote locations may incur an additional charge of $35, and shipping may be delayed while we arrange the appropriate courier.
  • Tracking Information: After your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active. Tracking may take up to 3 business days to update, depending on the shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact Syeindunce Support at support@syeindunce.net. Lost-in-transit claims must be submitted within 3 months of the shipping date or before the courier archives the tracking information.

Order Processing & Stock:

  • All orders ship from our warehouse in China within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. Some items may require additional processing time, and we will notify you of any delays.
  • We will ship products with the correct power voltage selection and adapter based on your country's standards. If you have a specific requirement, please email us.

Packaging:

  • All products sold on our website are 100% genuine and come in their original retail packaging. However, customs inspections in your country may require the package to be opened, and we cannot guarantee the shipment will be sealed upon arrival.

  1. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  2. How can I track my order?

    • You can track your order by clicking this link and entering your tracking number from your confirmation email.

  3. What if my parcel is undelivered or delayed?

    • Contact your local courier first using your local tracking number. If your parcel has been in transit for over 3 months, it may be lost. We will either reship your parcel or offer a refund based on the order value and circumstances.
    • If undelivered due to incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to provide necessary documentation, the customer is responsible for any associated fees.

  4. Payment & Currency Conversion:

    • All payments are processed in US Dollars. Prices in other currencies displayed on our site are estimates and may vary due to exchange rates.
